Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, single pieces and packs alike.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 6–9 business days. Your order is dispatched from our fulfilment partner's international warehouse, which is why delivery takes a little longer than local shipping. We'll always show you an estimated delivery window on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, peak seasons and public holidays can occasionally cause delays.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Discreet packaging
Your order is sent in plain, discreet packaging.
Orders that arrive in more than one parcel
Packs and larger orders may sometimes be shipped in separate parcels, which can arrive on different days. If your tracking shows your order as complete but something is missing, please wait 2 business days, then email us and we'll sort it out.
Duties and taxes
Prices shown include VAT. Some orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are payable by the recipient.
Address details
Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct couriers in the UAE often call before delivery. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for parcels delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, please email us. We'll investigate with the courier.
