Overview
Welcome to Formare. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Formare, a brand operated by Zentra Global LLC. Formare operates this store and website at formareofficial.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Formare is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with the policies referred to in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. They include our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.
Section 1 – Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or buying our products, you may be asked for certain information, such as your email address, phone number, and billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that all the information you give us is correct, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.
Section 2 – Our products
Everyday shapewear. Formare products are everyday shapewear, designed for comfort and a smoother silhouette under clothing. They are not medical devices or medical garments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, to support recovery from surgery, or to cause weight loss. Results vary from person to person.
Your health comes first. If you have recently given birth, had a C-section or any other surgery, are pregnant, or have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor before wearing any shaping garment. Stop wearing the product and seek advice if you feel discomfort, pain, numbness, skin irritation or difficulty breathing.
Colour and sizing. We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device and settings, and garment measurements may vary by 1–3 cm. Please check our size guide before ordering, and email us if you are unsure which size to choose.
Multi packs. The colour assortment in each 6 Pack and 12 Pack is fixed, as described on the product page.
Product descriptions may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product, and we may limit the quantities we sell to any person, household, region or order, on a case by case basis.
Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, and we must receive your payment before we can accept it. If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will try to let you know using the email address, phone number or address you gave us.
Cancellations. You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing info@formareofficial.com, as long as it has not yet been processed for dispatch. After that, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns and refunds. Our products are intimate apparel, so for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for change of mind or for the wrong size ordered. We will replace or refund items that arrive faulty, damaged, wrong or missing if you tell us within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for resale or export.
Section 4 – Prices and billing
All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include any applicable VAT. Shipping is free on every order. Some orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are payable by the recipient.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation email.
Packs and offers. Pack prices and automatic discounts are applied at checkout as shown on the product page. Promotional offers apply only for the period stated. Unless we say otherwise, offer end times and countdowns on our site refer to Gulf Standard Time (GST, UTC+4), and offers cannot be combined with other offers. If the terms of a specific promotion conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply.
You agree to give us current, complete and accurate payment and account information for all purchases, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your order and contact you if needed. You confirm that (i) your payment details are true, correct and complete, (ii) you are authorised to use your chosen payment method, (iii) charges you incur will be honoured by your card issuer or payment provider, and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
Section 5 – Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 6–9 business days after dispatch from our fulfilment partner's international warehouse.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs checks, public holidays or other events outside our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the address you gave us. Section 6 – Intellectual property
Our Services, including all trademarks, brand names, text, product photos, images, graphics, illustrations, size guides, videos and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement of them, are owned by Formare, [Zentra Global LLC], or our licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms let you use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms gives you a licence or any other right to any intellectual property of Formare, Shopify or any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Formare name, logo, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Formare or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and logos on the Services belong to their respective owners.
Section 7 – Optional tools
We may give you access to tools provided by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control. We provide access to these tools "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement, and we have no liability arising from your use of them. Your use of any optional tools is at your own risk, and you should make sure you are familiar with and agree to the terms on which the relevant third party provides them.
We may add new features, tools or resources to the Services in the future. These will also be subject to these Terms.
Section 8 – Third-party links
The Services may include materials and links to websites provided or operated by third parties, including embedded third-party features. We are not responsible for checking or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites, and if you choose to visit them, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of third-party websites, or to any products, services or content you buy or use on them. Please read the third party's policies carefully before you transact with them. Complaints, claims or questions about third-party products and services should be directed to that third party.
Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify
Formare is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale or purchase you make in our store is made directly with Formare. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Formare, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products you buy. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Formare.
Section 10 – Privacy policy
All personal information we collect through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy, and some personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy at https://privacy.shopify.com/en. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit through the Services will be shared with Shopify and with third parties, including our fulfilment partner and delivery couriers, which may be located in countries other than the one where you live, so that we can fulfil your order and provide our services to you.
Section 11 – Reviews and feedback
If you submit, upload, post, email or otherwise send us any reviews, photos, videos, ideas, suggestions or other content (together, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback in any medium and for any purpose, including commercial use, such as operating, improving and promoting the Services.
You confirm that: (i) your Feedback is your own honest opinion and is based on your own experience of the product; (ii) you own or have all necessary rights to it, including the permission of anyone who appears in any photo or video you send; (iii) you have told us about any payment, free product, discount or other incentive you received in connection with it; and (iv) it complies with these Terms. We are not obliged to keep Feedback confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it.
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we decide, at our discretion, is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes anyone's rights or these Terms.
Your Feedback must not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other rights, and must not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material or any virus or malware. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or otherwise mislead us or anyone else about the origin of any Feedback. You are solely responsible for your Feedback and its accuracy.
Section 12 – Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, transit times or availability. We may correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, change or update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after you have placed your order. If we cancel an order because of a pricing error, we will refund you in full.
Section 13 – Prohibited uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to break any applicable law or regulation; (c) to infringe our intellectual property rights or anyone else's; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, defame, intimidate or harm any of our team or any other person; (e) to send false or misleading information; (f) to send, upload or use any material that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to send advertising or promotional material, including spam, junk mail or chain letters; (h) to impersonate any other person or entity; or (i) to engage in any other conduct that restricts anyone's use of the Services, or that we decide may harm us, Shopify or other users, or expose them to liability.
You also agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code; (b) reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Services; (c) collect or track other people's personal information; (d) spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; or (e) interfere with or get around the security features of the Services or any related website. We may suspend, disable or close your account at any time, without notice, if we decide you have broken these Terms.
Section 14 – Purchases made through agents
If you use an automated tool, AI assistant or other agent, or allow another person, to browse the Services or place orders on your behalf, you are responsible for everything that agent does using your details, including any orders it places, as if you had done it yourself. You must make sure the agent follows these Terms. We may decline or cancel orders placed by bots or automated tools that we believe are being used to bulk-buy, resell, abuse promotions or disrupt the Services.
Section 15 – Termination
These Terms apply until they are terminated by you or by us. You can terminate them at any time by telling us that you no longer wish to use the Services, or by stopping your use of the Services. We may terminate these Terms, or your access to the Services, at any time without notice if we believe you have failed to comply with them. Any obligations and liabilities that arose before termination, and any sections that by their nature should continue (including Sections 6, 11 and 16–22), will survive termination.
Section 16 – Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all products and services delivered to you through them are provided "as is" and "as available", without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the results you get from using the Services or our products will meet your expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your rights under the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Section 17 – Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Formare, [Zentra Global LLC], our partners, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors, or Shopify and its affiliates, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data or replacement costs, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of the Services or any product bought through them, even if advised of their possibility.
Where our liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability to you for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Section 18 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Formare, [Zentra Global LLC], Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising from your breach of these Terms or the documents they refer to, your breach of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
Section 19 – Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be treated as removed from these Terms. This will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Section 20 – Waiver; entire agreement
If we fail to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived it. These Terms and any policies or operating rules we post on the Services or that relate to the Services make up the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Services, replacing any earlier agreements, communications or proposals, whether oral or written. Any uncertainty in interpreting these Terms will not be held against the party that wrote them.
Section 21 – Assignment
You may not assign, delegate or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so without our consent will be void. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not limit or affect their meaning.

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept those changes. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
